Equipment Introduction:
The FPL-600 fastener lateral vibration testing machine is used to test the self-locking performance (anti loosening performance) of fasteners under lateral dynamic loads of a certain frequency and amplitude, in accordance with GB/T10431-2008 and DIN 65151 vibration testing standards. The testing machine can automatically load to the specified preload axial force and then perform lateral vibration. The testing machine has the function of real-time acquisition of lateral amplitude, lateral load, axial clamping force, vibration frequency, loosening angle, and vibration frequency.
Throughout the entire experimental process, the system will record and analyze changes in the axial force of fasteners. Through relevant charts, you can clearly understand the self-locking performance (anti loosening performance) of bolts/nuts in vibration environments.
The product is suitable for quantitative anti loosening testing of various fasteners such as automotive fasteners, aviation fasteners, wind power fasteners, railway fasteners, etc.
